What they did
1) Open the relevant email conversation in new Outlook with a Microsoft Copilot Work license. The thread should contain the discussion and future actions you want the meeting to cover. 2) Select Schedule with Copilot in the toolbar. If it is hidden, use More options, Other reply actions, then Schedule with Copilot, or add the action through customized actions. 3) Review the suggested meeting title and agenda; Copilot also includes the email participants as attendees and attaches the thread. Select Insert to accept the suggested content into the editable invitation. 4) Review the attendees, meeting details, agenda, and attached correspondence, make the changes you need, and select Send when the invitation is ready.
Worth knowing
Microsoft says an agenda may be absent when the thread has little information about future actions or contains content classified as confidential. Accepting the draft and sending the invitation are separate steps.
