What they did
1) On a computer, open Gmail with an eligible Google Workspace or Google AI plan. Start or reply to a message and add the intended recipients. 2) Select Help me schedule at the bottom of the draft, or find it under More options. Review the suggested meeting times. 3) Open Edit in Calendar to set duration, date range, guest time zones, and guest list. Check the calendars you have access to: green slots fit everyone, while amber slots have a conflict. Choose suitable slots and select Propose times. 4) Send the email containing the reviewed card. A recipient selects a time and confirms Book time for all guests; that booking creates the Calendar event and sends invitations.
Worth knowing
If recipients change after the card is inserted, reinsert the schedule so its guest list matches the email. A schedule supports at most 20 guests.
