What they did

1) Use a Notion Business or Enterprise workspace with an editable database of meeting-note pages and a property where you want extracted follow-ups to appear. Put the actual notes in each meeting's page so the AI has page content to read. 2) Hover over the destination property, click its name, and select AI Autofill or Set up AI Autofill. Choose Basic. 3) Select Key info or Custom autofill and specify that the property should extract the page's action items. Choose the page-edit trigger and save the setup. 4) Add or revise the notes on a meeting page, then inspect the filled property against that page. Check that the extracted follow-ups are supported by the notes before using them for your follow-up work.

Worth knowing

Basic Autofill reads the individual row or page, not the whole workspace or web. The documentation distinguishes it from Custom Agent Autofill, which can use broader search and consumes Notion credits.
