What they did

1) In the Slack channel receiving your recorder's transcripts, add Claude with /invite @Claude. Ask @Claude what can you access from this channel? and have an admin connect a tracker with ticket-creation permission if needed. 2) Ask Claude to remember a standing responsibility: read recorder transcripts, summarize decisions and action items in their threads, create tickets on the named board, and publish a notes page. 3) Open Configure beneath a Claude reply, turn Respond automatically on, and save. Configure the recorder to include @Claude in transcript posts. This allows processing without a participant manually tagging each post. 4) After a call, inspect the thread, page, and ticket links. Compare owners, dates, and decisions with the transcript before work starts. 5) Reply in that thread to correct an owner or date, then check that both the ticket and notes page reflect the correction.

Worth knowing

With Respond automatically off, recorder posts are ignored until someone turns it back on; tracker access determines whether tickets can be created.
