What they did
1) Start one Claude conversation with the current resume, LinkedIn text, target role or job description, known gaps, and recordings or transcripts showing how you describe your work. 2) Ask Claude to conduct intake before drafting. Have it identify four to six relevant peers for your validation, research target-role expectations, and map requirements to actual experience, flagging unsupported ones. 3) Request a voice brief from your own words; approve it. Agree an honest, consistent explanation for each career vulnerability. 4) Approve the resume summary and separate LinkedIn About draft before experience bullets. Supply missing dates, metrics, team sizes, and project names; use qualitative outcomes when numbers cannot be verified. 5) Review bullets from recruiter, keyword-screening, peer-differentiation, and agreed-positioning perspectives. Adapt LinkedIn sections separately. 6) Lock the facts and wording before producing the final, simply formatted document you can edit yourself.
Worth knowing
The author used this process with two executive friends. Metrics require verification; the workflow does not supply evidence of hiring outcomes.
