What they did
1) Start a Claude conversation and explain your household's schedules and recurring commitments. The author's setup included school schedules, appointments, meeting dates, and birthday reminders. 2) Before the Sunday meeting, tell Claude what is coming in the next week and the subjects the children usually raise. 3) Ask for a family-meeting agenda built around those inputs, including upcoming events, things to celebrate, and matters the family needs to address. 4) Use the generated agenda when the family sits down together on Sunday evening to discuss the week.
How it went
Hazel Quimpo reports reducing agenda preparation from about 30 minutes to five minutes.
