What they did
1) Create a Claude Project called Family HQ. Ask Claude to interview you one question at a time about household members, food needs, weekly commitments, recurring bills and their due dates, meal preferences and other regular appointments. 2) When the interview ends, review its organized family profile and copy it into the Project's custom instructions, updating it when circumstances change. 3) From the chat's plus menu, open Connectors and authorize the Google Calendar and Gmail account you want to check. 4) Ask for this week's scheduling clashes, unanswered invitations, bills due in the next ten days and the three priorities for today. Review the returned obligations against the household profile and use the list to decide today's next actions. Repeat the check when needed.
Worth knowing
The guide says this checks information when asked, reads one Google account at a time and cannot read email-attachment contents. A separate recurring setup is needed for an automatic daily rundown.
