What they did
1) Open Agenda Hero Magic with a legible schedule photo or PDF and a Google account that can write to the intended family calendar. 2) Upload the schedule. In the additional context field, supply a missing year or time zone and request the child's name as a prefix on event titles. 3) Review the generated titles, dates, times, and locations against the handout; edit incorrect fields before sending the batch. 4) Choose Add to Google, sign in, grant calendar-list and event-writing permissions, and select the writable family calendar as the destination. Send the reviewed events there. If you add more events to the batch later, send those new events too.

Worth knowing
The official guide includes 10 image or PDF uploads on a free account. Apple and Outlook links create one-time copies; later edits do not propagate through those links.
