What they did
1) Sign in to DeepL on its desktop app with the PDF ready. PDF-to-Word download requires an eligible DeepL Pro Advanced, Ultimate, Team, or Business plan; check that your account has a file translation available. 2) Select Translate files and choose the PDF from your computer or drag it into the translator. Select the target language. 3) Open the Translate into options and select .docx in the Format dropdown, then start the translation into the chosen language. 4) When it completes, select Download. Open the translated Word copy to review its text and formatting against the original before using the editable document.
Worth knowing
DeepL says scan quality, unusual fonts, and large images can affect PDF translation. CAD-exported PDFs are unsupported; if a PDF translates poorly, the help page recommends trying its original Word or presentation file instead.
