What they did
1) Use an account with Meta Muse access; this test was run by a US collaborator for an author in Germany. Start a fresh chat. 2) Request a three-day San Francisco AI-conference trip for the following month: three flight choices, three hotels within 20 minutes of the venue, a total-cost comparison, and a recommended option below $2,000. 3) Ask for a comparison document and a draft approval email to a cofounder, explicitly withholding permission to book or send. 4) Review the returned documents against the full brief, including conference admission, before approving anything.
How it went
The reported run took 46 seconds and made no bookings or sends. Its approximately $1,334 recommendation omitted an $849 ticket, bringing the real total to roughly $2,183.
Worth knowing
The tester also found flight and hotel inaccuracies. Completing the artifacts did not mean the budget was satisfied.
