What they did
1) Gather the unit's worksheets, handouts, teacher-provided resources, and any supplementary material you choose. With a Google account, create a NotebookLM notebook and upload them as sources. 2) Sit with your child to identify the tested topics. In Studio, generate child-friendly videos, quizzes, and flashcards for those topics, specifying the child's grade and the supplied sources. 3) Arrange three study sessions: one to three short videos, a quiz, and about ten to fifteen flashcards each day. The family used roughly twenty to twenty-five minutes nightly. 4) Watch where quiz answers or flashcard recall break down. Generate an infographic narrowly focused on that concept and work through it together; the author's example explained atom structure and charge. 5) Compare generated material with the original worksheets before using it for further study.
How it went
The parent reports assembling the materials in about thirty minutes, then studying for three days. She reports a good test result without a numerical grade.
