What they did
1) Create a NotebookLM notebook containing the textbooks, lecture material, and other sources for one study topic. 2) Ask for eight to twelve key subtopics, the sources covering each, and one or two short supporting passages per subtopic. Inspect this map and repair thin coverage first. 3) Ask for a table of disagreements, distinctive points, and missing perspectives across the uploaded sources. 4) Use the map and table to request a reviewer organized by concept, with citations for substantive claims. 5) Turn the reviewer into likely exam questions with model answers, typical mistakes, and source sections to revisit. Finish by asking which three important source points the explanation still omitted.
How it went
The original poster replied that they followed this sequence and obtained better results.
Worth knowing
The suggested workflow checks coverage before polishing the prose, because a fluent reviewer can still omit material.
