What they did
1) Gather the IIBA exam blueprint, reference sheet, BABOK Guide, and The BA Standard. You need access to the study texts you will upload. Put the guides into NotebookLM and keep the reference sheet as your section checklist. 2) Study a section yourself, then paste its numbered activity statements into the notebook to extract the corresponding statements from the source text. 3) Compile those responses into a separate document and upload it as an additional source for that section. 4) Select only the relevant source, such as BABOK for Section 2, and generate flashcards, diagrams, or quizzes. 5) When a topic remains difficult, make a quiz from that section's compiled document and continue practicing that material.
