What they did
1) Open the Gemini mobile app on Android and sign into a personal Google Account with Keep Activity enabled. Map-detail and export features require an adult account. Provide your starting location in the request or grant device-location permission. 2) Ask for a nearby park with a playground within your chosen driving time. Read the proposed places and open their names or preview cards to inspect addresses, opening hours, photos, and reviews where available. 3) Add a follow-up request for directions to the chosen park and specify your transport mode. Open the interactive map from the response to inspect the pinned places. 4) Tap Export to Google Maps to save the pinned shortlist as a custom Maps list. Open the selected place in Maps when you are ready to navigate.
Worth knowing
This integration does not provide live traffic updates. It is unavailable in Gemini inside Google Messages and does not work with Keep Activity switched off.
