What they did
1) Sign in to Gemini with a personal Google account that has scheduling access, or an eligible Workspace account, and turn Keep Activity on. 2) In a chat, describe the creative projects you want inspiration for and specify the delivery day, time, and weekly frequency. Submit the request and read Gemini's schedule summary. 3) Open Scheduled in the sidebar and check the saved instructions and timing. Select the schedule to edit its form and save corrections, or use Go to chat to revise it conversationally. 4) When the response is ready, open the unread scheduled chat on the web or its mobile notification and review the ideas. 5) Use the schedule's More menu to pause it when you no longer need regular briefs; resume or delete it from the same page.
Worth knowing
Scheduling is rolling out and supports up to ten active schedules. Content is prepared before delivery, so rapidly changing information can be stale.
