What they did
1) Gather the names of your interviewers and open Claude with web search. Define a profile format covering each person's name, role, reporting relationships, and career background. 2) Ask Claude to research the list using the organization's own websites first. Review the profiles and identify missing people or thin sections. 3) Open public LinkedIn or portfolio pages yourself when Claude cannot access them. Paste the relevant work information in small batches, clearly identifying which person it describes. 4) Have Claude incorporate the additions into an editable document while preserving the same format. Update individual sections as new information arrives and mark unavailable information. 5) Review every profile, clarify discrepancies, then copy the briefing into Google Docs for interview access on a tablet or as a printout.
How it went
King reports assembling his pre-interview briefing in less than an hour and keeping both a tablet-accessible document and a printed backup.
