What they did
1) Open Google Calendar and Gemini using the Google account whose calendar you intend to update. The account must allow Gemini to access Calendar. Check the relevant dates in Calendar before beginning. 2) Prepare a list containing each appointment's date, time, and topic, and copy it into Gemini. 3) Ask Gemini to create the listed appointments directly in Google Calendar. Read its creation confirmation. 4) Return to Calendar and inspect the created appointments against your original list, checking that they appear under the intended account with the correct dates and times. This calendar check completes the batch entry.
