What they did
1) Install Grok Bot, authenticate Gmail through Marketplace, and create one bot. Supply a Markdown description of your email style, optionally prepared by your existing assistant. 2) Describe desired labels with two or three example messages per category; ask the bot to create them. 3) If filter creation stalls, sign into Gmail on the bot's computer. Use the connector for message context and the screen for filters. Demonstrate Settings, See all settings, Filters, Create new filter; ask it to repeat for each label. 4) Inspect filters, process the backlog, and correct misclassifications. 5) Schedule a morning routine reporting urgent items, financial mail, drafts, filing activity, and unusual cases. Review drafts and send them yourself initially.
How it went
During the demonstration, unread mail fell from 289 to 178; the author did not show a finished zero-inbox run.
