What they did
1) Save receipt screenshots and credit-card statements into a folder and add the company expense policy. Mount that folder in a Claude Cowork project so the assistant can read the supporting documents. 2) Open your Concur account in Chrome with Claude in Chrome available, and direct Claude to that page. This requires permission to access the account and enter expenses. 3) Have it match receipts to card transactions, choose expense categories using the policy, itemize hotel folios where needed, and enter the expense lines with supporting screenshots. 4) Stay available to answer the questions that interrupt processing, then continue through the remaining entries until the backlog has been entered.
