What they did

1) Use OneNote for Microsoft 365 with Copilot enabled by your subscription and organization. Obtain access to the shared notebook and open the page containing the app's requirements, technical specifications, and customer feedback. 2) On the Home ribbon, select Copilot. In the compose box, request a development plan for the app and explicitly tell it to use the specifications and feedback on the current page. 3) Select the Send arrow and read the plan in the Copilot pane. Compare the extracted tasks with the requirements on the page. 4) Select Copy and paste the plan onto a OneNote page so it becomes editable notebook content. Rearrange or add tasks as needed, then share that page with the team to collaborate and assign the work.

Worth knowing

This is Microsoft's worked example, with no independently measured delivery result. Copilot can be unavailable because of licensing or organization settings.
