What they did
1) Put master resumes, a profile, a resume-derived skills inventory, hard disqualifiers and preferences in a Claude Code workspace. Create score-job and resume-sharpener instructions in .claude/skills/<name>/SKILL.md with name and description frontmatter. 2) Have score-job reread those files for each pasted job description or URL, compare requirements with actual experience, and save a consistently structured Markdown scorecard under job-search/scored-listings/. Include gaps, supported resume bullets and a recommended action. 3) Have resume-sharpener read the scorecards and resumes: propose strengths recurring in at least two listings and addressable gaps recurring in at least three. 4) Review the proposed edits in a Google Doc, label each KEEP, MODIFY or SKIP, then explicitly authorize only the accepted changes to the master files.
