What they did
A Scout follows about 18 accounts and applies view-count filters, then checks roughly 20 recent posts outside that group. Other stages analyze post structure, draft an English post and video idea, and track the work in a dashboard.
How it went
The author reports producing one or two posts a day with the workflow.
Worth knowing
The author edits the drafts and publishes them personally; this setup does not automatically post.
