What they did

1) Sign into Gamma on a desktop browser and prepare the source deck as a PPTX file. Convert older PPT or Keynote files first. 2) On the Gamma dashboard, use the plus button in the prompt box, choose Upload files and photos, and attach the deck. Describe the desired visual restyling and explicitly require the wording to stay unchanged. 3) Submit with the arrow. If Gamma asks whether to preserve the original design, choose according to your restyling goal. Review any proposed outline before Generate and correct its treatment of the text in the Agent chat. 4) Compare the resulting editable slides with the source deck, checking text, charts, and layout. 5) Open Share, then Export, choose All cards, and download a PowerPoint or PDF copy. Inspect the exported file before presenting it.

Worth knowing

Some imported charts become static images. Exports follow Present Mode, and large PowerPoint or PDF files may upload successfully but fail to import.
