What they did
1) Gather screenshots showing your account balances and export the last three months of credit-card activity as CSV files. This version of the workflow uses uploaded records and does not require signing ChatGPT into a bank account. 2) Upload the screenshots and CSV files to a ChatGPT conversation so the balances and recent spending can be considered together. 3) Ask it to review how spending could be divided between your cards and how your paycheck could be allocated. Discuss its proposed uses for each card against the records you supplied. 4) Finish with a set of suggested card-use and paycheck allocations that you can compare with your own records before making changes yourself. The reported workflow ends at recommendations; the commenter did not give the assistant account access.
How it went
The commenter appreciated the allocation suggestions but supplied no measured savings or evidence of transactions being executed.
