Start the voice coach and answer aloud using situation, task, action and result. 3) Respond to the coach's follow-up questions when your contribution, decisions or results need more detail. Keep your account grounded in what you actually did. 4) Read the session debrief to identify strengths and parts needing clearer evidence or structure. Use those findings to revise the story you will practice next.
