What they did
1) Prepare NanoClaw on a Mac with Claude, Telegram, Gmail MCP access, intake-api at github.com/mjsweet/intake-api and its Cloudflare form hosting. The source uses a custom setup rather than a ready-made gardening service. 2) After visiting a property, send its photos through Telegram and ask Claude to identify the work. Have intake-api publish an editable form with the annotated images. 3) Correct the proposed work in that form and submit it; tell Claude in Telegram that submission is complete so it retrieves the JSON. Answer its questions about job costs and missing details. 4) Generate the LaTeX PDF proposal, review it, then request a Gmail draft with the PDF attached. Check the draft and send it yourself.
How it went
The gardener reports producing 14–32-page proposals and says a proposal takes about 20 minutes.
Worth knowing
Photo interpretation needed correction before the quote was generated.
