What they did
1) Use an Apple Silicon Mac with macOS 14 or newer. Install the author's unsigned PostCall-1.0.0-arm64.dmg release from https://github.com/RZEROSTERN/hacktoberfest-week3 and allow its first launch in macOS. Approve the one-time 7.2 GB model download. 2) Enter your services, rates, terms, and preferred tone in your profile. 3) Upload an mp3, m4a, wav, or mp4 discovery-call recording. Whisper produces a timestamped transcript; Gemma extracts requirements, goals, risks, and unresolved questions. 4) Generate the proposal from those notes and your profile, choosing the call language or another supported language. 5) Open the transcript links for scope items, check assumptions and missing information, and edit the draft. Export Markdown or PDF for your own review and delivery.
Worth knowing
Prices come from the profile rather than the model or the client's budget. The author's sample still produced duplicate descriptions of one requirement, so transcript links do not remove the need to review.
