What they did
1) Open Claude Cowork and describe your rig: its height, length, towing setup and road constraints. Have the day's origin, destination and campground check-in cutoff ready. 2) Give those endpoints and the latest arrival time, and explain how often you want to stop; the author's preference is roughly hourly. 3) Ask for a Google Maps route with the stops placed, suitable refueling and food options, and a departure time calculated backward from the arrival cutoff with stops included. 4) Open and inspect the whole route before driving. Check whether the selected roads work for the rig and whether the stop timing fits the campground's deadline.
How it went
For one Saturday, the plan called for an 8:30 a.m. departure to meet a 6 p.m. check-in cutoff. The author says planning fell from about two hours to a few minutes.
Worth knowing
The author still reviews every route. The account does not establish that the agent independently verifies every road's physical clearance.
