What they did

1) Have a Claude plan with plugin access and permission to read the business's invoices. In the desktop app, open Customize > Plugins > Discover and install Small Business; on Team, enter Cowork first. 2) Run /smb-onboard or ask to be set up, supplying business context. Under Customize > Connectors, connect QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe or the invoicing system. On Team, the owner adds the connector and each user signs in. If no connector exists, upload an open-invoice export. 3) Run invoice-chase in Manual mode on overdue invoices. Review its ranking and each reminder against the invoice and customer's payment history, edit as needed, and approve the messages you intend to send. 4) Keep reviewing for two billing cycles before scheduling; check the schedule's approval setting so future messages still wait for review.

Worth knowing

This is a setup tutorial. Its time-saving calculation is hypothetical, so it does not establish a measured result.
