What they did
1) Gather this year's business numbers, journal and calendar, and reserve a 90-minute session. Keep every stage in one Claude conversation. 2) Ask Claude to interview you as a business strategist, one question at a time, about the year's activities and results. Answer with actual figures and examine which activities paid off relative to their effort. 3) Describe an ideal ordinary Tuesday one year ahead, including how you want to spend your time. Ask Claude to derive four annual goals from that description and the review. 4) Assign the goals to seasons and ask it to stress-test the combined workload for burnout. Revise overloaded periods. 5) Finish with a one-page annual plan and a reusable monthly check-in request.
