1Password for Agents fills logins without giving agents your passwords
At a glance
1Password lets personal AI agents request a vault credential; on approval it autofills the site so the agent never sees the password. This workflow is listed under password-manager, agent-security, credentials, personal-agents, life-admin.

What they did
1Password announced 1Password for Agents with partners including Muse, Grok Bot, Claude, OpenAI, Browserbase, Browser Use, Perplexity, and others. When an agent hits a sign-in form it requests a credential from the user's vault; if the user approves, 1Password autofills the destination site directly so the agent cannot see or take the credentials.
Worth knowing
Free and optional for personal and family accounts; agents cannot touch the vault unless you opt into a connector. More integrations are listed as coming.
