Turn a photographed checklist into dated Google Tasks

What they did
1) Sign into Gemini with the Google account you use for Tasks. Keep Activity must be on, and Google Workspace must be connected under Connected Apps; follow the connection prompt if needed. 2) Attach a photo of your checklist in a Gemini conversation and ask it to add the image's items to Google Tasks for a specific date and time. Name Google Tasks explicitly so the destination is clear. 3) Read the confirmation and open the linked task list to check that every item and reminder time matches the photo. 4) If an item needs correction, ask Gemini to change that named task's date or edit it directly in the linked list. Mark tasks done as you complete the checklist.
Worth knowing
Google's guide offers Undo in the confirmation, or direct editing through the linked list. These integrations are not available inside Gemini in Google Messages.
