What they did
1) Use Windows with Python 3.10+, Ollama, and Outlook Desktop configured for your mailbox; Outlook draft creation uses pywin32. Clone https://github.com/akshatmalik-bruh/correspond and enter the cloned correspond directory, which contains app.py and requirements.txt. 2) Install its requirements with `pip install -r requirements.txt`, download the model with `ollama pull gemma3:4b`, keep Ollama running, and launch `python app.py`. 3) Select the recipient's details and type or paste a short note in Hindi, Hinglish, or informal English. Include the actual request and any deadline. 4) Let Gemma draft the English subject and body plus a Hindi summary. Review the fact checks for recipient, dates, and actions against your note. 5) Read the Hindi summary, edit the draft as needed, and click Create Outlook draft. Inspect the addressed message in Outlook before sending it yourself.
