What they did
1) In Grok Bot, choose the Chief of Staff job and provide access to the Slack, email, calendar, and meeting notes it needs for context. 2) Before leaving it overnight, explicitly instruct it to do the preparation but send nothing without your approval. 3) Have it work through unanswered email threads from oldest to newest, draft replies, explain urgent threads, and identify meetings that may be dropped. 4) In the morning, read the drafts and supporting context. Approve the usable replies, rewrite those needing changes, and delete the rest; keep any unresolved invoice amount blank until supplied.
How it went
The author reported 63 drafts and zero messages sent overnight. They approved 41 in 20 minutes, rewrote nine, and deleted the remainder, compared with a previous two-hour morning routine.
