What they did
1) Write your draft first and have access to an LLM chat. Paste the prose you want to proofread. 2) Request a list of small, obvious problems, such as duplicated words, typos, punctuation, and clumsy sentences. Explicitly ask for targeted suggestions rather than a rewritten version. 3) Read the suggestions beside the original. Apply the obvious fixes manually, ignore suggestions that change your voice, and reconsider structure only where a remaining suggestion identifies a real problem. 4) Finish your own revised draft and publish it when it communicates what you intended. The model's output remains an editing checklist rather than the replacement article.
