What they did
1) Start a ChatGPT conversation with a wedding brief: guest count, budget, region, season, aesthetic, coordination arrangements, and constraints. Keep using that conversation or paste the brief again in a new one. 2) Ask for an outreach email for the chosen vendor type. For photography, supply the date, venue, coverage needed, and your actual photography preferences. 3) Check that the draft asks about availability, packages, and relevant work samples. Replace placeholders and remove assumptions about your style. 4) Keep the corrected wording as a template and adapt its details for the next vendor. The finished artifact is an inquiry draft ready for your review and sending.
How it went
Haley's retrospective test produced a useful email but added photography preferences she had not supplied. The article does not report a booking from it.
