What they did
1) Put your existing blog-idea documents, including their links to supporting material, in a folder Claude Cowork can access. The author's input was a separate long list for each of two blogs. 2) Ask Cowork to read the documents, propose logical subject headings, and move each idea under a suitable heading while preserving its supporting links. 3) Review the reorganized documents and move ideas whose placement does not match your judgment. Check that the links remain with the right entries. 4) Keep the corrected topic-grouped lists as your working backlog and browse a subject area when choosing the next post to develop.
How it went
The author reports reorganizing lists of more than 100 ideas each in a few minutes. Some entries still needed manual recategorization.
