What they did
1) Open useresume.ai and sign in. Have your current resume, cover letter and the full target job description ready. 2) Upload the existing documents instead of starting with an empty application. The current product accepts resume imports as PDF or DOCX. 3) Paste the job description and use the AI tailoring flow to adapt the application to that role. In the editor, accept or edit the proposed changes to your summary, experience and wording. 4) Select a document template and review the resulting resume and matching cover letter, including the company and recipient details that caused errors in the founder's earlier manual workflow. 5) Export the finished documents from the editor for that application.
