What they did
1) Have access to Gemini, Gemini Notebook, Antigravity's browser agent, Google Calendar, and Google Docs. Gather destination articles and discussions, then use Deep Research and notebook sources to investigate options. 2) Specify arrival airport, trip length, travelers, cities, mobility needs, and weather constraints. Ask Gemini to group nearby activities and minimize backtracking. 3) Use Antigravity's browser to inspect transport connections and ticket flexibility. Ask Gemini for conservative airport and station buffers plus delay fallbacks. Put the chosen itinerary and booking reminders into Calendar. 4) Collect the checklist and travel information in one Markdown file. Enable Markdown in Google Docs under Tools > Preferences and import it. In the mobile document menu, choose Make available offline.
