What they did
1) Create a dedicated grocery conversation in Grok Bot and take over its browser to sign into Amazon. 2) Discuss a meal and ask the Bot to find its ingredients on Amazon Fresh. State standing food preferences and tell it which ingredients you already have; in the screenshot, the user says he has olive oil and the Bot skips it. 3) Let the Bot search for the remaining ingredients and add products to the signed-in cart. 4) Inspect the cart contents, quantities, and total before completing checkout. Keep later grocery requests in the same conversation so the preferences remain available.
How it went
The screenshot shows a cart containing 15 items totaling $53.34. The author says this setup passed his grocery-ordering benchmark.
Worth knowing
The author reports slow browser operation and missing shared-chat collaboration. The screenshot demonstrates cart assembly, not a completed checkout or later scheduled deliveries.
