What they did

1) Create a Claude Project with travel dates, travelers, preferences, and constraints such as limited walking after an injury. 2) Upload screenshots of lodging listings and map views from Airbnb or Booking.com. Ask Claude to compare location, walkability, and cancellation terms before you choose and book. 3) Upload event seating maps and listings from ticket sellers. Ask it to check sightlines, obstructing structures, package type, and whether displayed prices include fees. Compare options within budget and make the purchase yourself. 4) Upload final booking confirmations with times, locations, codes, and costs. Keep a cost tally and location instructions in the Project. 5) Ask for printable packing and venue-logistics PDFs using the activity plan, weather, and event information. Review those documents before departure.

How it went

The author used this for a Final Four family trip. Claude flagged poor court visibility and a difference in ticket-fee presentation.
