What they did

Youling kept Clash Verge's TUN mode enabled for Codex and Claude Code, then added rules to send x.ai and grok.com through the configured proxy while allowing the Grok Bot and Grok Bot Helper processes to connect directly. They placed the domain rules first and restarted Grok Bot so new connections used the updated routing.

How it went

The author reports restoring computer connections and messaging, then resolving live-voice calls that had ended immediately.

Worth knowing

In this setup, the broad process-level direct rule also caught api.x.ai and caused connection timeouts. Clash uses the first matching rule, so the xAI domain exceptions had to precede the process rules.
