A ClickUp user filmed Meta Muse placing a DoorDash order end-to-end—another day, another personal-errand use case without opening the delivery app.
One week a user relegated Muse to avoided personal tasks: booking landscaping quotes and site visits, scheduling all parent-teacher interviews, making several online purchases, and ordering a new garbage can from the city.
A user built a meal-prep grocery list in Meta AI, then asked Muse to shop from it—hit a same-company link/context gap, a real friction in agent shopping handoffs.
One user split roles cleanly: Meta Muse handles grocery carts, DoorDash, and Amazon errands as a PA, while Grok Bot stays the workhorse for work automation.
