What they did
1) Connect Fathom, paid Zapier features, Jotform, and funded OpenAI API access. Create Published Content Archive and Customer-Led Content Queue forms. Load archive entries with title, URL, reader, problem, promise, and summary. 2) Trigger a Zap on Fathom New Transcript, filtering meeting-title prefixes to the calls you want. Fetch archive submissions through Jotform API Request. 3) Use ChatGPT's Extract Structured Data action with the transcript, call metadata, audience, content pillars, and archive. Extract customer evidence, propose three angles, score them, and compare reader/problem/promise overlap. Require APPROVE, UPDATE, VERIFY, or REJECT decisions and forbid invented claims. UPDATE overlaps; VERIFY unsupported claims; REJECT weak angles. 4) Route the first three decisions into Jotform submissions with their evidence, outline, matching article or verification needs; stop rejected ideas. Test mappings and review the saved briefs before commissioning content.
Worth knowing
Approval requires evidence and audience-relevance scores of at least 4/5. Keep API billing separate from any ChatGPT subscription.
