What they did
1) Have Claude accounts with artifacts and scheduled tasks, Google Drive access, and Muse with access to the same Drive folder and a Walmart pickup account. From the author's weezerhunter/Supper-Board GitHub repository, obtain board/supper-board.html, guides/data-model.md, and the automation prompts. 2) Attach the HTML to Claude and ask it to publish an artifact with the db capability. Supply the data model, household food preferences, initial meals, pantry staples, and freezer inventory; ask Claude to populate the board. Share it with household members as Editors. 3) Create the Tuesday drafting and Thursday grocery-list tasks from the supplied prompts, filling in the board link, timezone, food rules, and Drive folder. Review the draft, mark unwanted meals for replacement, and approve it. 4) Have the Thursday task merge meal ingredients, added groceries, and staples marked Low into a Google Doc. In Muse, schedule a Thursday pickup-order task that uses only a newly dated document, follows your substitution rules, and returns the cart total and pickup slot for approval. 5) Review and approve checkout yourself, then mark the board's order as placed.
How it went
The author reports using this for household planning and supervising the final payment from a phone.
Worth knowing
The board needs Claude's shared artifact database; the separately hosted demo uses sample storage. Household users must sign in.
