Grok Bot audits subscriptions, then stops before cancellation
At a glance
Two Grok Bots turn billing emails into a subscription list and negotiate one service at a time. This workflow is listed under Money-Bills, Life-Admin, Multi-Agent.

What they did
1) Give an inbox Bot access to billing emails and receipts. Create a second Bot for subscription negotiations, with instructions to request permission before accepting offers, charges, or cancellations. 2) Ask the inbox Bot for each active subscription's cost, billing date, and cancellation route; hand the first target to the negotiator. 3) Sign into the provider account and explicitly authorize the run. The negotiator opens support chat and asks for a priced retention offer. 4) If support directs it to cancel, have it stop before the final button and report the actual next bill. Decide yourself whether to keep or cancel the service.
How it went
The author found about 13 subscriptions. Restream offered no retention deal; the Bot discovered an existing $39.20 next payment, and the author kept it.
Worth knowing
The author could not establish whether the existing discount came from the Bot. This was not a demonstrated new saving.
