What they did
1) In a two-column Google Sheet, put household questions in column A and your answers in column B. Record household counts by age group, dietary restrictions, preferred and disliked foods, packed meals, cooking time, leftover preferences, kitchen equipment, acceptable repetition, meals eaten out, and which meals need planning. These are the fields in the author's shared sheet. 2) Copy both columns into ChatGPT. Ask it to use those answers to plan meals, size the portions for the household, and produce the corresponding grocery list. 3) Keep the meal plan and grocery list for the week's cooking and shopping. The demonstrated workflow ends at planning and list generation; filling a grocery cart was described as a separate next project.
