What they did
1) Start with an existing DMV reservation and a Muse agent able to check the relevant appointment service. Supply the current booking and the acceptable replacement window; the post does not specify the DMV jurisdiction or login setup. 2) Ask Muse to check once every hour and notify you when an appointment appears within the next one or two weeks. 3) Use the notification to obtain a suitable earlier slot. The author moved from a December 29 appointment to November 5; the post does not say whether Muse or the user completed the rebooking.
