Route software issues through design, implementation, validation, and deployment
At a glance
A solo founder built an agent pipeline to triage reports across five repositories and keep human judgment at explicit exception points. This workflow is listed under agent workflow, issue triage, software delivery.

What they did
1) Collect each bug report with its screenshots, logs, and relevant code across the five repositories. 2) Use a triage agent to identify the owning repository and the underlying problem. 3) Send the issue to a design agent for a small, detailed design that checks the author's DRY and DDD principles; review assumptions before implementation. 4) Route approved designs through implementation, validation, and deployment agents, with explicit rules for autonomous continuation versus surfacing an exception. 5) Resolve surfaced blockers such as a missing secret or a new feature design approval, then continue the pipeline.
How it went
The first straightforward tester bug was fixed in production a couple of hours after it was reported, without the founder supervising each step. Later evening batches mostly deployed while blockers waited for review.
Worth knowing
The author said the IssueFlow pipeline was still being finished, although the product it was built around was in beta across five code repositories.
